COVID-19: Sessions are available as in-person, virtual, and/or hybrid of both.

Making the decision to see a therapist can be incredibly difficult, and finding the therapist that is right for you is so important. Many individuals feel more comfortable with a therapist who is not only familiar with the issues they are experiencing, but also accepting, supportive, and encouraging during treatment.

EBTAZ therapists provide counseling that is tailored to each individual. Though some people may share universal issues, we share in the belief that every individual deserves to feel supported in every unique aspect of their life. We provide a safe environment for all clients and are prepared to address all of life’s complexities.

EBTAZ therapists have extensive experience and training working with a variety of challenges clients may face, and we tend to focus on:

•Relationships and Dating

•Parenting and Family Planning

•Self-Esteem

•Anxiety

•Depression

•Sexual Compulsion

•Substance Use/Addictions

•Intimacy Issues

•Dealing with Negative Emotions

•Suicidal Thoughts/Self Harm

For some, individual challenges may be partly related to their emotional stress (e.g., depression, anxiety) and problem behaviors (e.g., substance use). We will be sure to explore these potential relationships while also understanding the unresolved core issues associated with the relationship. Others may wish to focus on issues such as trauma or mood issues, and they want to work with a therapist that is understanding and takes a nonjudgmental stance. Either way, we will work jointly with you to focus on your specific needs, life problems, and therapeutic goals.
